Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something is not right, our hassle-free refund process makes it easy to return or exchange your order.
Effective Date: 16th May 2026
Our policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
You are eligible for a return or refund if:
- You received a damaged, expired, faulty, or defective product.
- You received a product different from what you ordered.
- The product packaging was tampered with at the time of delivery.
2. Non-Eligible Items
The following are NOT eligible for return:
- Products that have been opened or used (unless defective).
- Products returned without original packaging or invoice.
- Products reported after 7 days of delivery.
- Perishable goods or products with broken seals due to customer handling.
3. How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@lotusmart.in within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your Order ID, reason for return, and clear photographs/video of the product.
- Our team will review your request within 24–48 business hours.
- If approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you to ship the product back.
- Products must be in original condition with original invoice.
- Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
4. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds are credited to your original payment method (UPI, credit/debit card, or bank account).
- For COD orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer. Please share your bank details with our support team.
5. Replacement
If you prefer a replacement over a refund, we will dispatch the replacement product after receiving and verifying the returned item, subject to stock availability.
6. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
- To cancel, email support@lotusmart.in or call +91 98765 43210 immediately after placing the order.
- Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
- Prepaid order cancellations will be refunded within 5–7 business days.
7. Damaged in Transit
If your product was damaged in transit:
- Capture a photo/video at the time of delivery before accepting the package.
- Report to us within 24 hours at support@lotusmart.in with evidence.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
